I applied online and they god in touch after 1 month. The process involved two face to face interviews and one presentation. The first interview was general one regarding my interests and experiences in order to identify whether there is a good fit or not. In the second one, I had to make a power point for a task and the interview involved some competency based questions around conflicts and leadership.
