Im eBay Online-Interviewprozess wurden die Fragen zuvor aufgezeichnet, wodurch Bewerber mehrere Versuche haben, diese zu beantworten. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Live-Interview, sondern um aufgezeichnete Videos zur persönlichen Motivation, Erfahrung und fachlichen Fähigkeiten.

Question 1
What are the biggest challenges and opportunities you foresee in the e-commerce market in the upcoming years
Several steps of interviews, including a day at Ebay's HQ. Everyone was every nice and overall I had a good experience. Suggestion to study their values and mission as they look for people that would fit in the company's culture the best.
The interview process was expansive with many video interview entries. There was also a whole day assessment centre with a group task and two individual interviews. The recruitment process was not that great most of the candidates were ghosted.
