I applied through university. I interviewed at eMoldino (Seoul) in July 2025
Interview
Fair and standard process. Interviewer was kind and respectful. Asked me questions about my previous experience working at startups. Also asked me questions about manufacturing and the automotive industry. Overall, a good experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. My resume and previous experience.
2. Why I am a good fit
The interview was unprofessional, starting with the main interviewer describing the looks of the women in the shared working space as a benefit to this job.
The interview then proceeded with questions completely unrelated to the job description that I applied for. Questions like "How many people do you think are in this building" do not contribute to any skill set necessary for what they described as "mostly just cold outreach".
The interview was also multiple times interrupted by the interviewer looking at their phone and just nodding to whatever I said and when I asked "right?", they would put their phone down and act as if they listened and then proceed to ask questions which they already asked before in a slightly different wording.
Absolutely terrible experience.

Question 1
"How many people do you think are in this building".
"Have you had any sales experience before? Did you cold call?"
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eMoldino (Seoul) in Sept 2024
Interview
It was actually quite horrible. There were 2 interviewers, one man and one woman. The woman was incredibly dismissive throughout the whole interview and even twisted my words multiple times to make me look bad on purpose. She even rolled her eyes with contempt and sighed a lot. I was forced to give sales pitches at least two times and they dragged on for minutes because she wouldn't accept my attempt at selling whatever pen I was forced to pretend to sell. Her attitude was that of a person with a personal vendetta against the candidate and it seemed like she wanted me to fail. Throughout all of this, the man would sometimes interject with specific questions but then the woman would cut him off and misinterpret my answer to his question on purpose.
