Le responsable a posé plusieurs questions liées au métier, en alternant français/anglais.
Discussion intéressant, approche sympathique.
On m' a dit que j'aurais une réponse la semaine suivante. 3 semaines plus tard, j'ai aucune nouvelle. C'est irrespectueux de ne pas donner une réponse à un candidat qui s'est déplacé pour vous rencontrer et répondre à vos questions. Cela montre pas mal de choses sur la culture de l'entreprise! A éviter!

Interview
I was referred by a friend and sent HR an email with my CV, then was given a 5 minute phone interview with some basic questions, a 40 minute face to face interview where they gave mean maths and English test, asked me about myself and gave me a tour around the building, a week’s training then academy where we were taking calls with assistance.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at emovis (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2016

1 person went through my CV briefly asking me questions such as what i liked about my previous jobs and my qualifications.Another person entered the room shortly after that and asked me to answer situation based questions. They wrote it down on paper and co-created the responses they wrote down. They helped me through it and suggested that i answered a question differently, they asked me to think about it and wrote down my response.
