Interview
I got a call form one of the girls that has been there for 5 years to screen me but she had called the wrong number and I ended up going in to meet the CEO Doug and did not do the telephone screening. Doug seems very happy and cheery at first until you start working there, than he does a 180 and is very irritated if you what to ask him a question and seems in a bad mood all the time.

Question 1
It is more of an interview to see if he likes your personality, to see if you have the energy to go out and get new customers. He seems to likes high energy, and excited about the job.
