exmox UI Designer interview questions

The interview process included three interviews and a design assessment. Communication was smooth throughout, and everyone I spoke with was friendly. However, a major concern emerged in the later stages. I was informed that there is no system in place to track working hours, despite the legal requirement in Germany since 2022. I was also told there are no plans to introduce one in the near future. As a result, overtime is neither formally recorded nor compensated. When I raised this concern, it was framed in terms of “ownership” and “taking responsibility.” While these values are important, in this context they gave me the impression that additional work beyond standard hours is expected without clear tracking or compensation. Overall, a well-organized process, but this issue raised serious concerns for me.
