To me, the interview process was quick and easy, and I felt very comfortable during the entire process. I was first interviewed over the phone to just go over my background and experience, as well as why I was interested in the internship. From there, I was invited to interview with the managers of the three different Customer Service Departments. During both interview sessions I felt like I was just having a nice conversation with the iCIMS employees, rather than been drilled with questions like some interviewers do. Overall, a very positive experience and I am looking forward to working with the iCIMS team.
