Several rounds of thoroughly vetted interviews, with writing assignment. A panel of questions was also conducted. Eventually a test of logic/reasoning sorts was administered, but it was after I had already accepted position with the company

Interview
Thorough and well-vetted, but still very friendly, personable, and conversational. Spoke with three people over phone and five people in person, and each showed passion and personality. Despite a long interviewing process, was kept informed throughout and never felt intimidated or unwelcome.
