I interviewed for a Business Analyst position. The process included a phone interview with reviewer, cognitive ability and personality testing, phone interview with hiring manager, and lastly an in-person interview. The in-person interview was half a day, and I met with about 10 different people, and gave a presentation about a project I had worked on. I felt the process was very thorough. I was concerned about making a good match with an employer, and the thorough process at ICIMS was reassuring about this.
