I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in Aug 2019
Interview
I had a phone screening with a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and easy to talk to. I was asked to complete an online assessment and personality test. I then came onsite for an in person interview with several people, which lasted about an hour. The onsite interview was very easy going, very laid back, and the conversation throughout was awesome. After the onsite, I was asked to have one more phone interview with a director. The recruiter was very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. Everything was very organized and the recruiter was always very easy to communicate with, especially any questions I had. I was offered the position one week after my onsite interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at iCIMS (London, England)

I had over 6 interviews including assessment only to receive a standard notification post interview. interviews were with 5 different stakeholders across the organisation. process was v long. no feedback and left a bitter taste in my mouth

I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS in Dec 2020
Interview
I completed a phone screen that ensured I was a fit for the position for both experience and expected salary range. Then had a panel interview with potential supervisors. It was a pretty average interview. The managers I interviewed with were very friendly and the interview was more of a conversation and felt less like a traditional interview which helped me put my best foot forward I think.
Also once I worked with a great recruiter after my initial interview who kept in contact and walked me through the longer than normal turn around on next steps
