iCIMS is truly a company that walks the walk and talks the talk. My interview process was such a positive one; every employee, from level I to management to HR, has been so welcoming and cheery. I first had a very basic phone screening with HR, after which I was sent instructions to take a timed and recorded aptitude test, as well as a personality test. After those were complete, I was scheduled for a more in depth phone interview with HR. The last step was to come onsite. I was given a fantastic tour by someone who is currently in the position I was applying for, followed by three separate 1 hour interviews with the current management of the TSE department. I was offered the position days later, and the entire process took about 2-3 weeks from initial contact.
Quick and to the point. 2 rounds, one with HR and one with hiring managers. No technical round. Very refreshing for a tech position where in the tech industry, 4+ rounds of interviews are starting to become the norm.

Recruiter screening was great, he was personable and easy to talk to.
Second interviews took 3 weeks to get coordinated all while not communicating with me at all. When the time came for the interview, the women were cold, had no personality, and seemed genuinely uninterested in interviewing anyone let alone myself.
Didn't hear back for another 2 weeks and at that point I was no longer interested.

the first interview I had was great.
They asked very good questions about my past experience and were very knowledgeable about the company and its benefits/perks.
The recruiter even asked how to pronounce my name! which is a small detail, but very important.
