I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in Nov 2019
Interview
A former colleague of mine referred me for the position. Shortly after I received a call from a recruiter who told me what to expect. I had to take the CCAT test and a personality test. After successfully completing each, I received an email to schedule the in-person interview. I met with 3 hiring managers, 2 at time for the first half hour, and 1 for the second half hour. I was informed that it went well and was scheduled for a a final phone interview with another hiring manager. I received feedback from that phone call about a week later.

I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS in Dec 2020
Interview
I completed a phone screen that ensured I was a fit for the position for both experience and expected salary range. Then had a panel interview with potential supervisors. It was a pretty average interview. The managers I interviewed with were very friendly and the interview was more of a conversation and felt less like a traditional interview which helped me put my best foot forward I think.
Also once I worked with a great recruiter after my initial interview who kept in contact and walked me through the longer than normal turn around on next steps
