The interview process was extremely pleasant and effective! It is fairly standard with an HR phone screen, followed by a hiring manager phone interview and then an invite into the office for a handful of 1 on 1 and panel interviews. In addition, while onsite, I was asked to give a presentation to a panel. Their communication is stellar and they prepare you every step along the way so that you are never in the dark or wondering what is next. I can't stress enough how impressive their communication is. Lastly, the team did not conduct a lifeless scripted Q and A interview, they made it very welcoming and interactive. I felt like I was catching up with old friends and that's exactly how it should be to find the right fit for you and the company.
