I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Holmdel, NJ) in July 2018
Interview
The process started with a general 20 minute phone screen. This was followed by a Codility test which had 3 coding questions. After that, there was a longer phone interview which was split into two parts: first some general questions with the technical manager and then technical questions/online coding challenges with two engineers. The last step in the process was a 3 hour onsite interview where I met with two engineers and two managers. The engineers asked technical questions and had whiteboard problems while the managers were more conversational.
The recruiter was helpful throughout the process as they were quick to provide feedback after each step. Overall, the entire experience was positive and very efficient.

Interview
Process was somewhat lengthy in terms of total steps, but the speed of the process was excellent.
I encountered 5 steps.
1. General HR Phone Screening
2. Online Codility Test
3. Manager Phone Screening
4. Online Technical Screening (Phone + shared IDE)
5. Onsite Interview
I was updated with every step along the way, and feedback and next steps were available usually 2 days after each previous step. The onside was 3 parts. First step was with 2 peers, mostly technical questions but also general questions about working at ICIMS and how the team functions. Then 2 separate managerial interviews. Both of these were mostly behavioral/conversational. I had plenty of time to ask my own questions during each portion.
Overall a very pleasant process. More technical testing than I've ever experienced for a lower level role, but no questions were "trap" questions or overly textbook focused. If you practice or are currently working, they should be mostly easy overall.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had plenty of questions to ask and each of my interviewers was very forthcoming when answering them. Additionally, the interviews were more conversational than I expected. It was quite a pleasant process!
