They asked me to come down for an interview, told me my profile interested them etc. Then after I left, I never heard from them ever, I don't consider that they need to employ me but letting me know so that I can move on and progress in my job research is in my opinion necessary

They would ask for very physical exercises like squats and pushups but not actual kickboxing concepts which makes me feel weird about them, when I asked their instructors, they were to not be rude, not very proficient at kickboxing.

Group interview to single in a back room. Very easy. They asked more about personality and enthusiasm than they did other things. They will hire on the spot as they always need employees.

Sit down interview with manager followed by second interview where you are asked to teach the manager and likely another stuff member a physical skill (ex. Braiding, line dancing, extra.)
