They asked me to come down for an interview, told me my profile interested them etc. Then after I left, I never heard from them ever, I don't consider that they need to employ me but letting me know so that I can move on and progress in my job research is in my opinion necessary

The intevrview was very laid back. I think it's more about the franchisee though. The owners of the one I interviewed and worked for were awesome people so it make the interview process feel like a normal conversation instead of someone blasting questions at you.
