Misleading title- this is NOT just a desk job. It is a WAREHOUSE JOB. Phone interview for 20 minutes. Told the pay range was $17-$19 which is already an unlivable wage especially for an in-office retail job - told asking for $19 hourly was not “in line with their salary expectations” as my rejection. Poverty wages for a physically laborious job with commute.

How do you feel about sorting mail and taking over the receptionist position during your lunch hour?
Really friendly people to speak with. They gave a very clear picture of what they were looking for and asked situational and relevant questions about my past experience. The second round interview was good too. They wanted to make sure I had done my research.

They asked about a time a had dealt with an irate customer and needed to de-escalate the situation. They wanted to know what the situation was, why the customer was angry and what I did to help the situation.
Easy going interview and friendly HR rep. Seems like an enjoyable place to work. Phone call was probably about 20 minutes in length and offered an in person interview as well.
