iQIYI Content Operations interview questions

The first steps happened well and easily, I sent my resume, and their HR reached out to invite me for an interview with my future manager and it was all good. They made questions related to my previous experiences, and also asked for which ideas I’d like to apply if I got the role. One week later the HR reached out to tell me I was approved and soon they’d let me know the next steps. After that, I was ghosted for about TWO MONTHS. I tried to send messages both to the HR and the company, but never heard back from them. I was simply ignored, and ehen I finally gave up, the HR emailed me again, saying they finally approved the budget for my role, but made a few changes too, now the job that was supposed to be up to 20h/week was raised to around 30h. And the payment? Something around US$3/hour. I told the HR person that this was way too low, she asked what was my hour price, and when I answered it could start at US$11 if we negotiated a few points, or US$13 to keep the initial conditions, she said that was too much (for a bilingual marketing analyst with experience? Really?). And that’s how the conversation ended.
