Interview
First stage will be a phone screening with the recruiter. After that there are 3 rounds of interview: Cultural, Technical and finally with the hiring manager. I receive an offer 3 days after the last interview.
First 2 rounds were chill with casual talking about discussing your vibe to see if you're a good fit or not. That would help save time if you're not suitable for the position or not.
This is for Coop program. They had behaviour part and technical part, but quite simple.
The interview lasts about an hour, with 2 interviewers. They have a more flexible and opening atmosphere, target to know you as a person and whether you fit the team.
Went thru 3 interviews: 1st - phone just a general checks, 2nd - technical interview with a test to be completed in the room, 3rd - cultural interview (this is to see if I fit, as a person, into the company family of people).
