Interview
Initially applied by sending resume via email. It is best to have an inside reference, but not required. Interviews are usually with the Director of Operations and the Vice President. They are looking for character more than anything else. This is not the kind of job you go to just for the check. You should be passionate about the customer-centric, take-on-the-big-guys mission. Demonstrate this during the interview. And don't forget the fundamentals -- dress well, look nice. VP hates piercings and facial hair. Facial hair is completely disallowed for sales positions.
