Customer-centric corporate culture means you can go to sleep at night feeling good about what you do.
Cons
Winning on price and quality in the market sometimes means being stretched thin. Can be stressful when work load is high and staffing is low. If you're in sales (a commission-only position), prepare to spend a fair amount of time supporting your own customers for no pay.
