Interview

Interview process is not complicated. They will try to assure that you will stay for a few years because retention is a big problem in iVolve. Also you will be not be informed about 2 months notice period but once you will resign from your previous organization you will be informed about this. This is the most disgusting part.

I applied and face interview in my campus and later I knew they are applying penalties in united state dollar if leave before two year then I did not join. I listen from some one if you get the job in this company you can not leave without paying penalty and they court case on employee

Was a good interview some basic technical questions asked by interviewer environment was friendly. Questions were mostly from previous education and work experiences, which follows up with your skills and what you learn in previous jobs
