iZotope interview questions

This was a lengthy process consisting of a phone screener interview, an actual phone interview, a half-day in-person interview, and a test project. Communication seemed to be a little slow throughout. Lots of "we'll let you know in 2-3 days" and then not hearing anything for a week or more which made it tough to balance when pursuing multiple potential opportunities. Everyone was cordial and explained things well for the most part, but the process felt a little disorganized at times.

I was sent a email by a hiring agent to pick two dates that I would be available to have an interview. Then hire agent called me to do the interview on the phone.
