Supportive team and friendly working environment. Got hands-on experience with real-world projects using Flutter and Firebase. Good exposure to Agile process and communication with PMs. Team leads are approachable and open to feedback.

Cons

Project requirements sometimes change frequently. Could benefit from more structured onboarding and clearer documentation for legacy code.
