The first round of the selection process was conducted by the local HR company. It was followed by a rather semi-formal online video call, which included both professional and personal questions, which were dedicated to evaluate my ability to performe the foreseen tasks. The atmosphere was light but professional.

Question 1
Even though I have had a first-round interview with HR, I was asked to tell about myself also on the second-round interview.
The interview was straight forward. With 2 people, one manager and one director. Took an hour. After a week I was told that the selection process was down to 2 candidates. I was also told that even if I was a very strong candidate the other person was chosen. However, this seems to be a lie since this specific position is still open on their website since then, after 8 months. When asked about the position again, the answer was far from satisfactory.
