Interview
Went in for a HR role, they offered me a Trainee Program for multiple roles, with mostly customer facing front desk role. When asked for time to consider the role, they told me to candidly say what made me hesitant, so i said it was the pay but they shut me down to say all companies are offering the same no matter where i go. Plus it was not a scheduled call & caller got agitated that i was in the MRT station
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ibis (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was pretty easy, they asked standard questions, like why do you
want to work there, what is your availability etc. I felt comfortable throughout and it was a positive experience.
