Interview
Via LinkedIn, I sent my application and there were three stages:
1. I was asked to send two short videos (60 secs) describing a project I have worked on that I was proud of + why I was a good fit for the role.
2. A video call with the hiring manager for the role, part intro and part competency-based questions.
3. Face-to-face interview with the hiring manager at their offices in Kingston

I don't recall specifics, but general competency-based questions covering:
- Leadership/management experience
- Experience working with clients
- Specific project-based questions on strategy and results
- Overcoming difficult situations
- Career motivations
