I applied in-person. I interviewed at jforce solutions (Vile Parle) in May 2026
Interview
My first round started at 10:00 AM, where I was given a task to complete. I finished the task by around 11:30 AM and then waited for someone to review it and conduct the interview. However, no interviewer was available at that time. The company had a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and after lunch, an interviewer met with me around 2:30 PM.
The second round lasted only about 5 to 10 minutes. The interviewer asked a few basic and moderate-level Python questions. The questions were not particularly difficult or tricky.
Worst interview process.
They will call you at 10am assign you a task and then will take interview at 5pm
Not once twice. ( basic round then advance round )
After that they will call you for management round and will take intense personal interview with coding round.
After all of that they will ask you to join company for 1 week to see how you work. Then they will decide if they want to hire you or not.

Interview
The assessments were kind of open book test. I was allowed to use any resources from internet to solve the problem except ChatGPT or AI tool. They wanted to test out the problem solving skilss.

Question 1
R1: It was a python test. they had given me table in consisting the information about all tests given by students. each entry in data was representing the test score. so I had to group them using pandas and pivot them by subject wise. I wrote the solution anyhow. then interview was based on basic of python and my solution. Round2: After clearing the round1 i got invitation for the r2 i.e NLP round. this time they had given me the dataset of customer problems and sub problems. I had to train a NLP model that can classify the type of problems into different category. I was learning NLP at that stage so I could not perform well in R2. but yeah I learned alot in these process.
