Applied for the AM role and was asked to do a video screen. Since then I have been ghosted with emails and Linkedin reach outs ignored over the last few weeks. They claim to have a "Gold Standard" for hiring but based on other reviews of the company I may have dodged a bullet. If you can't treat people with respect and even provide an automated no, it doesn't reflect well on how you value people and their time.
