paretos interview questions

That was a total waste of my time! I applied online, and they invited me directly to interview with a Hiring manager(VP of engineering) in a few weeks, and that went well. The next step was a test challenge, which is not a very good practice in my opinion, but they assured me the task is short and takes about 1 hour. I agreed to that, but once I saw the task I understood it definitely would take more time. I don't know who can complete it in 1 hour, because I invested a few evenings to accomplish and make it look nice. I sent my results and we scheduled another technical stage to review them. Then another person, one of Co-founders as understood, whom I've never met, had called me right before this interview and canceled it. He promised to reschedule it but didn't even after I reminded few times. Then, about in one month, they wrote they decided on another candidate with not feedback at all And during all this process neither HR specialists nor recruiters were involved. For me, that looked like they did not have any established processes inside the company with a messy working environment.
