I applied online. I interviewed at thelab (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview felt more like a conversation and they seemed like nice people at first. I did the initial interview online and the second one in person. Everything felt like it went well, and I was told I’d hear back by Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Wednesday comes and I send a follow-up—no response. A week passes and I send another follow-up—still not even a respectful rejection. It’s been a month now and I’ve been completely ghosted. For half the pay compared to industry standards and the general instability of a marketing agency role, I definitely don't recommend interviewing here. If it's an in-person invite, save yourself the commute.
Interviewed for two rounds. Staff seem nice and respectful. Process took about 2 weeks. However, a week after being notified they filled the position they reposted the same exact job on glassdoor again. They're interviewing for fake jobs to make it look like they're hiring. Don't waste your time applying.

Unfortunately, I did not met to expectations in leadership/mentorship field. And got rejected.
