The interview felt more like a conversation and they seemed like nice people at first. I did the initial interview online and the second one in person. Everything felt like it went well, and I was told I’d hear back by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Wednesday comes and I send a follow-up—no response. A week passes and I send another follow-up—still not even a respectful rejection. It’s been a month now and I’ve been completely ghosted. For half the pay compared to industry standards and the general instability of a marketing agency role, I definitely don't recommend interviewing here. If it's an in-person invite, save yourself the commute.
