I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at three sixty group
Interview
Pleasure speaking with their representative during phone interview process. A well-conducted interview on their part. We connected further for an enjoyable freelance project and I’d welcome the opportunity to do so again.
Without a doubt the most discouraging and unprofessional first impression I have been given by a company. The submission of my formal resume for this "dual" role was received and replied to with a bizarre, oddly-worded, insulting and ameteurish initial response. I remained professional with my response, politely answering the condescending questions asked of me, to which I have still received no reply. I am so thankful for this initial interaction as I got a small glimpse into what it would be like to work for a company that endorses condescension and professional "ghosting" to potential hires; these are not the actions of a successful creative company, but those of an inexpereinced dilettante. I encourage this company to practice more ethical and appropriate hiring techniques in the future.

are you giving up on____ to pursue a career in___?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at three sixty group (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2015
Interview
They contacted me indicating interest, and after a few emails back and forth I did a couple of test writing assignments. After that, they had me up to Indianapolis to interview for a few hours with three different sets of people (probably because I was from out of town and they wanted to make it worth everyone's time). Everyone was friendly and easy to get along with, and they were happy to answer my questions in return.
