Three Sixty Group is a place that values its team members above everything else. They look out for their team members at work and outside work. It's a place that rewards hard work, allows all voices to be heard, and encourages ideas to be shared in a creative environment. The fulfilling work, affirming atmosphere, and friendly faces at Three Sixty Group make this company feel like a real team.
Cons
There aren't many cons. It is a salary job so hard work and some overtime is ideal, but not mandatory, without direct compensation. That said, the perks/bonuses make up for that.
