Scheduled and confirmed an on-site interview for the role.
Disorganized on arrival, hiring manager not on-site. Was told that they would reschedule and was ghosted. Very poor communication throughout process; Not respectful of candidates commitment or time to interview process.

Interview
The interview had simple questions. I got to meet the head of the department the same day. The laid-back atmosphere kept things flowing, creating a positive experience overall. The interview was in person.
First round interview takes 30 mins for BQ question by HR. Some general question regarding your resume, HR doesn't know about anything on the technical details. No further response after the interview.
