I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at twoday (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in June 2026
Interview
I applied for the Senior Project Manager – Data, AI & Cloud Platform position. The entire process was highly disappointing due to a complete lack of professionalism from the interviewer and the HR team.
The online interview felt incredibly disorganized. The interviewer appeared distracted and seemed to be actively answering chat messages during our call. Instead of focusing on the role's requirements, he spent time digging into irrelevant parts of my CV. When I tried to steer the conversation back on track by highlighting my advanced industry certifications and experience with high-compliance environments, which are directly relevant to a senior data/AI role,he admitted he had never heard of them. Even after I explained their value, he showed very little interest.
Due to poor time management on his end, the interview ran out of time because he had a back-to-back meeting. As a result, he couldn't finish his questions, and I was given zero opportunity to ask mine.
To make matters worse, when HR called to inform me they were not moving forward, they had absolutely no feedback to offer. The recruiter seemed dumbfounded by the request. Though she politely promised to follow up with the interviewer and get back to me, I never heard from them again.
Advice to Management:
Ensure interviewers are properly briefed on the technical and compliance requirements of senior-level roles before jumping into a call. Better time management and basic courtesy (not messaging during a live interview) are highly needed. If a candidate takes the time to interview, HR should be able to provide constructive feedback rather than letting communication drop entirely.

Question 1
He just pointed to items on my CV and asked: 'What did you do at this company?' without asking for specific situational stories or examples.
