At beginning thet have conducted group discussion in which screening of candidate is done and then a technical round was began in which they focused on your skills wgich are relevant to post and if you are frim different background then thet may ask why you are transitioning your career? At last they will ask you about job description and then final HR round was conducted again they focus on general in.formation

Tell me about yourself and what do you know about IT?
Conducted 2 round of interview one was the webcam round with manager and the other was hr round where the discussion of salary took place. On managerial round it was quite technical based on the job role

Smooth and streamline interview and onboarding process. I take around 2 weeks to close the interview or depends of the availability of the Managaer. You will have on average 2 rounds with the Process head, but mine had 3 rounds.
