the interview was really smooth and professionally. it was in 2 parts. the second round was the last one with 3 people, individually. overall I can say that I was so nervous but they were so nice and friendly

Forget about everything else, a basic courtesy of letting the candidate about the interview outcome has to be communicated. Whether you select the person or not, it’s your duty to end the interview process by providing a result.
