We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team, on a part-time basis, 4 days per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient financial and administrative support to our core finance team. Acting as a vital point of contact for our school community, you will play a key role in accounts receivable/debtors, accounts payable, purchasing, and general financial operations.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager (and working collaboratively within the broader Administration Team overseen by the Director of People Operations), you will help ensure the smooth and professional financial administration of the College.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Accounts Receivable & Parent Liaison: Manage parent accounts (including updating communication logs and monthly analysis); handle fee inquiries via phone and email; assist with annual billings, payment plans, year-start financial processes, and ongoing debt collection; coordinate financial hardship interviews; issue termly bus billings.
• Accounts Payable & General Support: Undertake purchasing of school materials and equipment; perform purchase orders and bank reconciliations; provide payroll support; and cross-cover other finance tasks as required.
• Mission, Culture & Compliance: Enthusiastically model and uphold the Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct of the College. Maintain absolute confidentiality, adhere to safety and workplace policies, and maintain healthy, professional boundaries within the school community.
