Role Description

Due to high levels of company growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re accepting expressions of interest from client-side Project Managers who can oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the Living sector, which includes civic & culture, sports & recreation, state & local government, social & afforadable housing and aged care.

Located in our Melbourne CBD office, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing scope of works.
• Design, tendering and procurement.
• Engaging with contractors and consultants
• Report writing and client management.
• Site superintendency and oversight of construction.
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, to the highest possible standard.

Candidate Profile

This role would suit someone with demonstrated experience working as a client side Project Manager across any Property sector. Alternatively, you will have experience working on Property projects with a construction/contractor company.

You’ll also need:

• The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space (for Government projects), or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private organisations (for projects in the private sector).
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with design and construction phases of projects from applicable sectors.
• A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
