The Role

Location: Sydney

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

• Deliver Campaign Excellence: Take the lead on executing flawless, best-in-class performance campaigns for major brands, ensuring they run efficiently and hit every target.
• Drive Real Profitability: Be the engine room for client success by focusing on what truly matters: driving tangible business outcomes and smashing goals for CPA and ROI.
• Uncover Actionable Insights: Dive into post-campaign data to craft insightful reports, telling the story behind the results and informing future-facing, winning strategies.
• Build Foundational Relationships: Become the trusted day-to-day contact for clients and media partners, nurturing strong connections and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Step into Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members, overseeing their workflow and fostering a supportive, positive, and high-achieving team culture.

Ideal Skills and Experience

A meticulous and results-obsessed digital marketer who thrives on the thrill of optimising campaigns and enjoys guiding others to achieve success as a team. We're also looking for;

• A Performance Marketing Pro: You have a strong background in a hands-on digital performance role, with proven success driving measurable transactions for e-commerce or finance clients.
• Hands-On Platform Master: You're an expert practitioner who loves being on the tools, with deep, "hands-on-keyboard" experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance platforms like SA360 or The Trade Desk.
• A Relentless Optimiser: You are naturally curious and proactive, constantly analysing data and testing new tactics to find the most efficient ways to scale results and reduce costs.
• Commercially Minded: You have a sharp focus on the bottom line and can confidently connect your campaign optimisations directly to a client's profitability and business goals.
• An Analytical Storyteller: You don't just report the numbers; you dig deep into analytics to understand why things are happening and can clearly articulate your data-driven recommendations.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
