Strong optics, selectively flexible internal practices
Pros
Competitive compensation, remote work flexibility, fast-paced environment.
Cons
My concerns are mostly related to direct management culture rather than the work itself. The company demonstrated a remarkably streamlined approach to organisational transitions: employees were invited to a social dinner to meet new leadership, followed by termination paperwork the very next day. It was difficult not to admire the operational confidence required to execute both processes simultaneously. The handling of confidential conversations by direct management was particularly memorable. Concerns raised privately to senior leadership appeared to circulate downward with remarkable efficiency, eventually reaching individuals who had no clear reason to be involved. It was an unexpectedly broad interpretation of managerial discretion.
