Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across two venues/hotels and all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
• Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, CLO, RMLV, Approved Managers, Gaming Nominee (or ability to obtain).
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
