We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing and student recruitment activities. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and education marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Assist in developing engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries under supervision.
- Research current trends and recommend content ideas.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
- Support lead generation activities and online student recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with SEO and website content updates.
Content Creation
- Design marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Create flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional videos.
- Develop student success stories, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Assist in writing blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
Student Recruitment Support
- Follow up marketing leads generated through social media and website enquiries.
- Assist prospective students with basic course information.
- Support education consultants during student recruitment activities.
- Participate in education expos, open days, and promotional events.
Market Research
- Research competitors, industry trends, and student recruitment opportunities.
- Identify new marketing channels and partnership opportunities.
- Analyse student demographics and marketing performance data.
Administrative Support
- Maintain marketing databases and lead records.
- Assist with updating CRM and student enquiry systems.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements Essential
- Currently studying or recently completed Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience using Canva or graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience in education, student recruitment, or customer service.
- Understanding of international student markets.
