OHTO Pty Ltd operates multiple McDonald’s Family Restaurants in the Hurstville region of Sydney.
Given the needs of the business, we now require a Store Manager to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises at McDonald’s South Hurstville located at 799 King Georges Road South Hurstville 2221.
The duties and responsibilities of the Store Manager position include:
Operational Management:
· Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance documentation is current and fully auditable.
· Implement, monitor, and review compliance registers, risk controls, and operational checklists.
Industrial Relations & Award Compliance
Financial & Inventory Oversight
Team Development & Leadership Pipeline
Customer Experience & Quality Control
Required Qualifications & Skills
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will have:
· Current and valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (required).
· Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and Fire Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
· Proficiency with operational systems such as InMoment, BrandM8.
· Experience preparing for or managing compliance audits, risk reviews, and workplace investigations.
· Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills, particularly with training and mentoring upcoming management staff.
· High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
A base salary of $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.
