Pros
- loved my colleagues: everyone is so open-minded and fun to be around
- work was performed at very high standards, but everyone was happy to give their best
- acquired a variety of new skills
- very fast-paced environment, which to me, was a pro
- I still miss working at this office
Cons
- you will work on weekends
- salary for this position is not that high (around $2,300 net), and calculated based on the number of hours worked (which differs based on the volume of work and clients you get every day), so it can vary from month to month
- slow growth in terms of position advancement (to me, personally); in 3 months of being there I already learned how everything worked and I wanted more responsibilities because I love fast growth; I was not given more responsibilities, because if they do that, they automatically need to pay you more and their policies require you to work for a certain period of time before they give you a raise, but I guess that's how it works everywhere
