This company impressed me with its philanthropic involvement while also focusing heavily on guest and employee satisfaction. This is a great place to work.
Cons
Wages are low if you work on the hospitality side or in an administrative position. Some of the sales people can be overly aggressive with guests, but the worst are usually gone in a short time.
