I have been working at AstraZeneca full-time (More than 3 years)
Great employee benefits and perks, we have a very nice facility with awesome services, the company spends so much on employees in training and development.
Probably the most important to me is Diversity and Inclusion, making AZ a safe place out of discrimination in any sense and you can bring yourself to work everyday.
Work is very fast paced and some seasons it's hard to have a work-life balance. It's normal anywhere I guess...
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in August 2016.
Went through online interview (initial screening) was then asked to attend first f2f interview with 2 managers. Asked a lot of behaviorial based questions. Called back a week later for second f2f interview with another 2 managers. This interview went for 1.5 hours and involved a sales role play and further behaviorial based interview. Waiting now for final f2f interview and hopefully get an official offer. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks
Congratulations to our Executive Vice-President, Research & Development BioPharmaceuticals Mene Pangalos, who has been appointed to the The Francis Crick Institute Board of Trustees. This appointment is testament to Mene’s support of UK life sciences, scientific rigour and open collaboration.
