I have been working at AstraZeneca full-time (More than 5 years)
Great culture, patient focused, science led, quality people, inclusive atmosphere, flexible working, meaningful work and values driven. Highly recommended as a workplace where you can make a meaningful contribution to society.
None to speak of. Culture and people is everything - AZ scores big ticks on these aspects.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in August 2016.
Went through online interview (initial screening) was then asked to attend first f2f interview with 2 managers. Asked a lot of behaviorial based questions. Called back a week later for second f2f interview with another 2 managers. This interview went for 1.5 hours and involved a sales role play and further behaviorial based interview. Waiting now for final f2f interview and hopefully get an official offer. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks
Everyone should feel empowered to bring their whole self to work. Last Saturday, at London Pride 2018, we proudly marched with the proud science alliance, a partnership between Wellcome, The Francis Crick Institute, GlaxoSmithKline/ViiV Healthcare, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Simmons & Simmons and ourselves – connecting LGBTQ+ Employees and Allies across the Life Sciences Sector.
Last year, our employees volunteered more than 29,000 hours on projects in countries around the world. Wherever we work, we aim to make a positive impact on our local communities. On International Volunteer Day, we would like to thank all of our employees who have volunteered in their local community.
