The subsea contractor operates a fleet of 19 surface and saturation diving support vessels, six shallow water pipelay vessels, one dedicated pipebury barge, one combination pipelay/derrick barge, and two derrick barges. It installs and maintains offshore platforms, pipelines, and production systems on the Outer Continental Shelf of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Trinidad. Cal Dive also provides shallow water diving services and performs salvage operations on abandoned fields. Major customers include Apache, BP, and Chevron.
