    Approves of CEO

I worked at Creative Realities full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    WAS A "NO PRESSURE" JOB

    Cons

NJ office was closed but there wasn't any structure. New CEO took over from KY and office was moved there. He was a nice guy and very good to employees. He gave the co the shot in the arm that it needed.

    Advice to Management

New CEO, Rick Mills, doesn't need any advice; he "gets" it.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Creative Realities (New York, NY (US)) in April 2011.

    Interview

My initial communications with CRI were great. I immediately clicked with the ECD and the Chief Strategy Officer during my first and only interview. They had reviewed my website and were already familiar with my work. Within a week I started working for CRI as a freelancer employee. Within another 3 weeks, they offered me a full-time position, which I accepted.
