      Pros

      The best thing about working here is that there is always something going on. I have never been with a company that has more going on than CRI. The sales staff have years of experience, and each of them bring a different aspect of digital experiences to the table. Some focus on retail, others are in the automotive industry, and corporate communications. It is never a dull moment here. Not to mention we are always growing.

      Cons

      We are a newly merged company, and there are some kinks that still need to be ironed out. There are still a few issues with the command structure, and it doesn't always get followed. However, I will say that all of these issues are getting addressed. It won't take long to get it all in check.

      The workers are great. I had the chance to work with some really tallented people.

      Cons

      The management at CRI is overly authoritative and often lacks direction. They are quick to terminate employees, so if you consider taking a position here, proceed with caution. Human Resources cannot be trusted as an ally; reporting any issues of misconduct may result in your dismissal.
